Sharraxaadda

This area of the south side Washington St (the pin drop had trouble getting the address correct despite scrolling all over the area) between Windsor and Portland Streets has a number of spots where rain water does not drain. The one featured in the photo near Windsor is the worst. It is a roughly 30 foot stretch with 3-4 inches of water that sit stagnant. Thanks Cambridge for looking into it.
