Description
With push buttons now disabled due to the pandemic response, this intersection seems to have an excessive amount of time for the pedestrian walk phase. These phases are significantly longer than the concurrent phases nearby at Huron and Aberdeen, despite Huron and Holworthy being much narrower.
15 to 25 seconds of pedestrian time should be sufficient for every 60 to 90 seconds of vehicular traffic. It's currently programmed as ~30 seconds each.
Another option: Please consider programming a flashing red and/or flashing yellow light at this intersection instead for the duration of the COVID19 pandemic.

"Reopen a new request" doesn't make any sense. I can only open a new request or reopen an existing request.
If this cannot be actioned from the office until non-essential staff are allowed to return, then I don't see any reason why this request or others can remain open and pending instead of ignored and closed.
I won't immediately reopen this until I know you're back on duty, but it would be nice to be notified when that is. It would also be useful to know whether a request such as this one could be managed remotely.
