Description

I reported this on July 5:
"In the small park adjacent to the City Hall Annex, there is a light fixture that (I believe) once functioned as uplighting for the flag in the park. There is no longer a lamp in the fixture, but there is still power, and the fixture emits a rather loud buzzing sound most of the time - perhaps from a ballast within the fixture. It would be great if this fixture could be either repaired or removed (since it doesn't appear to have been used for actual uplighting in some time)."

This was apparently addressed by installing a light in the empty fixture, but the fixture continues to make the annoying buzzing sound most of the time when the light is operating.
