At whose door does this ignorant, irresponsible failure to support the city's infrastructure or its purported environmental policies belong? What was already a catastrophe for our tree canopy and heat management has now apparently become a joke to those in charge. And for the next 3 years we'll be battling El Nino summers, much worse than those that have killed 100s of these tiny replacement trees in the last 3+. While the city permits developers to fell groves of healthy mature trees that had far better chances of survival, given that they weren't stranded like this poor service-berry and could shade each other.

A work task has been assigned for this issue.

Tree was being watered by the City. Unfortunately some trees fail to establish for various reasons after installation. Location will be replanted.
