Description

There's a high-pitched sound that's been coming from an air pump at the after-school program at the old Longfellow building on Broadway for at least two hours now.
I called the School Department.
They connected me to Human Services.
They told me to call the Police.
The Police never showed up.
Is this any way to run City programs?
By the way, every person at the after-school program I talked to said they couldn't do anything - even though all that was needed was to unplug the pump.
