Description
I live on Pacific Avenue at Concordia and my driveway is on Concordia. Concordia is a very short street, only 2 blocks from Lincoln to Buena Vista. Ever since Grocery Outlet took over, cars speed down Concordia at insanely rapid and dangerous speeds, zooming by me speeding from stop sign to stop sign. I believe the residents would greatly benefit from a speed bump on Concordia and more traffic enforcement. I've had several close calls with speeders when walking my dog and I'm terrified.
